I am just on a chat with my husbands friend in Australia, and as I am writing this every one in Australia is getting ready for the Melbourne Cup Horse Race.

What is interesting is that nearly everyone stops what they are doing…and listens or watch’s the race. She said that in a department store that she worked  in the manager was from USA and didn’t set up small tv’s in the different areas for the cup race…and she had many complaints from staff and customers alike.

So of course she did the next year…LOL.

Very interesting…this should be fun.
